Our question for this half-term is 'Can technology build it?'

This half-term we will be exploring many different types of technology that have been developed to build our surroundings today. We will experience a visit from employers in the building trade and be challenged to build the strongest bridge and the tallest tower! We will explore the history of buildings and machinery that has developed over time. Our writing will be based around creating instructions on how to build a tower as well as looking at a traditional story. In Science we will be using loose parts to experiment in building structures to support different weights. In PE, we will now move onto our final topic of the year in striking and fielding.
